Rules

Eligibility:

  • The tournament is open to sworn and retired members of all law enforcement agencies in Canada and the USA.

    • This includes Federal police services, Provincial and Municipal police agencies. Canada Border Services, USA Border Services (Immigration and Customs), Sheriffs, FBI, DEA, Secret Service, ATF, US Marshalls, Correctional and Jail Staff.

  • Men's Open Division: Only sworn and retired members are eligible to play.
  • Men's Rec Division: All persons who have played in the NAPST up to and including 2010 will continue to be eligible to play. Effective 2011 only sworn and retired members will be eligible to join the tournament.
  • Men's Master's Division: All persons who have played in the NAPST up to and including 2010 will continue to be eligible to play. Effective 2011 only sworn and retired members will be eligible to join the tournament.
  • Women's Open Division: Due to limited numbers all employees sworn and civilian of the above mentioned organizations will be eligible to play and this rule will be addressed on a yearly basis at the managers meeting.
  • Women's Rec Division: Due to limited numbers all employees sworn and civilian of the above mentioned organizations will be eligible to play and this rule will be addressed on a yearly basis at the managers meeting.
  • Players in the Open Division may only play in the Open division.
  • Any player wishing to play “up” a division may do so, however to be considered eligible for knockout rounds, you must have played for that team during round robin play.
  • The Masters and REC divisions may have both male and female players.
  • To be eligible for the Masters division you must be 40yrs of age by the first day of the tournament.
